Saw It Report It, LLC (hereinafter referred to as (SIRI) is a Louisiana based company. (SIRI) is providing this website as a service to the public. SIRI is dedicated to providing solutions to problems by making it easy for people to properly capture images and supply firsthand information of various events.

 

Saw It Report It, LLC and this program IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY and have no legal jurisdiction whatsoever.

Our objective is to make it easier for citizens to report incidents which any law enforcement agency can access in a timely manner.

 

This program is simply a way to HELP law enforcement in determining facts related to crimes and incidents.

 

The web site and program is being developed and managed by a private company as a PUBLIC SERVICE.

 

This is NOT A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION and is a public service to create a solution to a problem… gathering critical and properly reported information and getting it to the appropriate governmental agency or event planner in an efficient and timely manner.

We are aware that with increasing technology and usage of the electronic beltway to do business there exists an increasing faction determined to breach the walls of security aimed at protecting the confidential information of our citizens. We have gone to great lengths to ensure and preserve your privacy when visiting our site.

The purpose of this site is to provide governmental agencies and event planners immediate access to public and private information concerning all types of information. All efforts are being made to collect information and make it immediately available to the right entity in order to create solutions to problems.

 

ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS BEING MADE AVAILABLE AND SHARED WITH OTHERS at the sole discretion of SIRI. Users may submit information anonymously excluding their name or any contact information. However any person submitting a form is hereby notified that ALL information they submit including their name, contact information and all other submitted information shall be available to other parties and entities at the sole discretion of SIRI.

 

 The information and data collected on this site is stored in a secure environment by a third party. All efforts are being made to keep the information secure, however users are not required to submit any personal information.

 

All information submitted is VOLUNTARY.  We strive to provide current, reliable and accurate information; however, we fully recognize the possibility of human and/or mechanical error occurring. We, Saw It Report It, LLC, its employees, officers and agencies, deny any warranty (expressed or implied) of accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information published via this site and shall not be held liable for any losses caused by usage and reliance upon the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information. Any person or entity that relies upon such information obtained from this site does so at his or her own risk. The user expressly agrees that the use of this site is at the user's sole risk.

The sole purpose is to allow people to submit information that the proper agency and event coordinators can easily review and verify. SIRI takes no responsibility whatsoever for failing to forward information to any specific agency or entity. Users receive a copy of their report and may forward to any person or entity they choose.

8. SIRI is not responsible for storing and sending reported information back to the person that submitted the information.
